The portions were seriously huge, which I was definitely happy about. I ate plenty and still had leftovers for later. it felt like a solid deal and I’d order again without thinking twice

I was annoyed after trying the brisket. It was bland, but somehow also had this harsh smoky-bitter taste that ruined it. I don’t know who thought that flavor was okay to serve, but they really missed the mark.

I only waited maybe a few minutes, so that was a nice surprise. I got what I needed fairly quickly, and the whole thing felt like it took about the right amount of time. Nothing complicated or stressful, just smoother than I was expecting.

I had a good time here. The drink options were nice, and everything we ordered was solid. It did get a little crowded, but that also gave the place a lively feel. I'd definitely stop by again...

The service took forever, and it just drained my energy waiting around. I kept thinking it would be my turn soon, but it dragged on way too long. Frustrating experience.

My order got here way faster than I expected, and the food was actually hot hot, not that sad lukewarm delivery temperature. The fries were still crispy too, which felt like a small miracle. I was ridiculously happy with the whole thing and would absolutely order again.

I ordered from texastonys.com and felt like the prices were fair for what I got. It wasn’t the cheapest cheapest, but the quality seemed to match what I paid, so I didn’t feel like I wasted my money.
Shipping was okay, okay overall. Not super quick, but also not a big deal or anything. My order showed up in good shape, and everything looked pretty much like the photos online.
I’d give it 4 stars because the value is definitely good. A little extra discount or faster, faster order updates would make the experience even better, but overall I’m happy with it.

I was expecting the usual delivery headache, but my order from texastonys.com got here faster than I thought it would. Everything was packed fine, and the driver actually left it at the door like I asked, which apparently shouldn’t feel like a big deal but somehow does these days.

They answered my questions clearly and were just easy to deal with, which makes a big difference. If service is simple, helpful, and hassle-free, that’s all you can really ask for. I don’t know, I was hoping this would be a lot better. The pulled pork was just kind of dry and didn’t have much flavor going on, like it needed more seasoning or something. I dumped some sauce on it and that helped a bit, but it still didn’t really fix it. For what it cost, I expected it to be way better. Maybe they were just having an off day, but yeah, I wouldn’t get the pulled pork again

I don’t really get why people make a big deal out of online ordering sometimes. Checkout was quick for me, and the food showed up just fine. Nothing complicated, nothing messed up, just an easy order.

On top of that, having to deal with repeated verification was annoying and just added to the frustration

Everyone ate, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but I noticed nobody really went back for seconds, which kind of made me feel like I wasn’t the only one who felt that way.

The food itself was fine, but my order came wrong again. I asked for no onions and extra sauce, but somehow got onions and no sauce. I’m not even sure if it was made before or after I called it in because the timing felt a little all over the place. Either way, after waiting around, it was annoying.

I was impressed with how many options they had on the menu. It wasn’t just the usual handful of things you see everywhere, so everyone in our group was able to find something they actually wanted. I tried something new and it turned out really good, which makes me feel like they know what they’re doing. Definitely a place I’d feel comfortable ordering from again.

The ribs were tender enough, but they kind of worked when they wanted to. Some bites had good flavor, others were dry and bland. Not terrible, just not something I’d rush to order again

I pretty much decided as soon as I walked in that this was my kind of spot. Super laid back, cool vibe, and I felt comfortable inside right away.
